Over three generations: Meiji, Taisho, and early Showa The Sukiya-style building has been expanded many times, With the creation of Yoro Park, At the current location near Yoro Falls, It has carved out its history together with the park. In 2014, it was registered as a national registered tangible cultural property (building).

History of Senzairo

Senzairo was founded in Yoro in 1764 (Horeki era).

It was named Chitosero, as if it had been 1,000 years since the visit of Emperor Gensho.
Later, in the 13th year of the Meiji era, under the orders of Prefectural Governor Toshijuno Kozaki and Matsukata Roko, Yoro Park was created here in collaboration with local volunteers.
It was soon rebuilt on the most scenic hill 500 meters below the falls.

Throughout the history of Senzairo, many famous people have visited our hotel.
